Tasting notes: pale gold with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fascinating and delicate with a hint of citrus fruits and exotic fruits. The taste is fresh and graceful, with a final note of hay.
Gastronomic combinations: best served with starters and soups; excellent with all types of fish and crustaceans.
